  • How do I return an item?
    Our return policy is 15 days. If those 15 days have gone by since your purchase, then we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be able to return, the product must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. If the package is damaged when received, please feel free to email us at support@aiyowah.com, where we will follow up with instructions. To return your product, you should email: support@aiyowah.com You are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning a product.
  • How do I issue refunds?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card within a certain number of days.
  • How long does it take to ship an item?
    Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For preorder items, it may take up to 4 weeks to ship your item. Currently, we do not take orders outside of the U.S.
  • Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
    Currently, we do not take orders outside of the U.S.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Exchanges are to the same shop item. For instance, if you purchased the wrong size, we will exchange it with a different size. You must return the item before an exchange can be made, and you will be charged for the cost of shipping.
